About Columbus Claims Association

Established in 1929, the Columbus Claims Association consists of more than 300 members throughout central Ohio. The purpose of the organization is to cultivate good fellowship, to exchange information concerning matters of interest to the membership, to vigorously combat fraudulent claims, to promote the highest ethical practice in claims work, and to promote professionalism among the members.

It is with deep sorrow that we must inform you that Russ McCoy passed away Friday, February 12, 2012. Russ was a past president and he and his wife, Anne were the driving force behind our annual golf outing. He will be greatly missed!

Current members include those employed directly in the insurance industry, attorneys, investigators, body shops, auto parts companies, glass companies, car rental companies, fire, smoke, and water restoration professionals, engineering firms, temporary housing companies, and jewelry replacement companies.

Available memberships include Active, Associate, Lifetime, and Honorary.
